Amicalola Falls in winter

It is about a 25 minute drive from the Lodge to this state park. The falls is one of the tallest in the East. We hiked up the trail and stairs after several days of heavy rains. It was the best we have ever seen it. The park also had trails, one of which goes to the start of the Appalachian Trail at Springer Mountain.
